Terms & Conditions

(A) Purchaser agrees to immediately send payment and in the event the check/s are dishonored due to No Sufficient Fund (NSF) or any other reason, pay the bank charges and additional interest charge of 1.5% a month on any unpaid amount from the date of the check/s until they are paid, as well as all cost of collecting, including attorney fees.

(B)The signature of any individual constitutes an agreement of the corporation, its officers, and shareholders of their personal responsibility for payment under the terms set forth herein.

(C)Seller is not responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss or damage to any piece of jewelry sold herein, or to any diamonds or other stones added or incorporated on it resulting from sizing of such piece, or setting of stones on it or tampering with the piece in any manner; nor shall Seller be liable for any consequential loss or damage.

(D) Where approximate diamond weight is indicated on the tag, it shall be understood to mean average weight of diamonds used, which is computed by dividing the total weight of the diamonds used in a batch by the number of pieces in that batch.

(E)Seller to the best of his ability guarantees that the diamonds herein invoiced have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict and in compliance with United Nations Resolutions, based on personal knowledge and/or written guaranties provided by the supplier of these diamonds.
